Over 25 years of excellence
We remain a family-owned business and these values underpin our culture and form the foundation of our success in the washroom industry. We’re proud to build on our legacy through ongoing investment in a new factory, machinery, research, development and most importantly, our people.

Swift delivery
Our head office and manufacturing facilities are based in Norfolk, allowing us to oversee the entire production process and maintain consistently high standards. We operate our own fleet of vans alongside trusted national courier networks to ensure swift and reliable delivery across the UK.

Who we serve
Trovex Washroom primarily supplies interior fit-out companies as well as local and regional builders, who install our high-quality products in a wide range of environments. We also support architects by providing comprehensive technical drawings and specification tools.
Our promise is to never “green-wash” our manufacturing processes or products. All of our claims are evidence based and further information is available on request. We recognise our responsibility as a manufacturer to design and produce products using materials and processes that minimise environmental impact throughout their life cycle. Across our business we are continually taking steps to reduce our impact on the environment and enhance our sustainability.
-

Durable & long lasting products
Durability and longevity are central to our manufacturing approach. Our robust materials - including solid grade laminate (SGL) and PVC finishes - are selected for long-term performance, reducing the need for frequent replacements and significantly lowering overall resource consumption and waste.
-

Reducing waste
While some waste is unavoidable in manufacturing, we work with a leading waste management partner to ensure 0% of our waste goes to landfill. It’s all recycled or repurposed. We also continue introducing initiatives to reduce waste, recycle post-production offcuts, and optimise resource efficiency.
-

Sustainable business practices
Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond our products. We use digital technologies to minimise travel-related carbon emissions, with colleagues meeting online regularly to reduce journeys between sites. Furthermore, we have replaced gas-fired heating systems with renewable bio-fuel alternatives.
Combining accuracy, innovation and efficiency to ensure dependable manufacturing outcomes. We combine years of experience with advanced technology to ensure precise production and consistently high-quality products. We maintain accuracy at every stage, enabling us to meet exact specifications and minimise errors. This technological edge, coupled with efficient work-flow management, allows us to deliver all orders on time, supporting our clients’ project schedules.
-

Computer aided design
From cubicles to duct panels and vanity units, each system is digital designed, reviewed and signed off before programmed for manufacture. This digital process minimises errors and increases component accuracy, ensuring a perfect fit and a seamless installation process.
-

Automation and expertise
Our systems are manufactured using the highest quality materials, including solid grade laminate (SGL) and solid surface panels. Combining the accuracy of machine automation and the attention to detail of skilled operators to manufacture right first time.
